Virginia was 68 years old. Virginia and Doug moved to Prescott on October 1, 2003 from Anchorage, Alaska. She was a member of: Prescott United Methodist Church, OSHER Life Long Learning Insitute at Yavapai College and volunteered with the Heritage Nature Center. She enjoyed time with people especially her family, down hill skiing, her morning tea and watching birds. She saw the best in everyone and brought out those good qualities. After 44 years of living in Alaska you could not go to a public place without running into a person who know and liked Ginny. She cared about people and had a sense of justice, yet never said an unkind word about anyone. Every day she lived a chapter out of the content of her character and touched many with it.
