Suzanne (Sue) Elizabeth Marchessault

Sue Marchessault of Prescott, AZ went to heaven on Wednesday, May 14, 2014. Her passing was peaceful with her husband her caregiver and her chihuahua, Bruce Almighty at her side. Sue was born June 18, 1926 in Chicago, Ill. After high school in 1944, she was employed as a stenographer/typist for a noted design firm. She relocated to Prescott in 1962 were her children were raised. She volunteered at the old Y.E.I. Thrift Store, St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store, Yavapai Humane Society and was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. Sue is survived by her husband of thirty nine (39) years, George Marchessault, son Gary (Jeanie) Smith, daughter Susan (Ric) Surber, step-daughter Kathlene Flynn, four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. The family would like to give Maggie’s Hospice a very special thanks for their comfort, care and kindness during her final days.
