Sister Peter of the Annunciation (Pamela Murray) born March 25 1948, passed away Tuesday, August 24, 2010Born as a twin in New York City with a great sense of humor and natural presence, Sister Peter was really down to earth and a true friend to someone in need.Growing up she lived and attended school in Pennsylvania, Italy and finally California. After some time she was naturally called to service and spent time in New York, London and Calcutta, India, working with Mother Teresa as a novice.In 1995 Sister Peter came to Prescott, AZ bringing her voice and songs to local veterans and nursing home residents.She touched many hearts with her joy and outrageous humor.
She is survived by her mother, Eileen Murray of Carmel, CA;
Her brother, Jerry Murray III, New York, New York
Her sisters: Joan Murray, Carmel CA,
Judy Allrich, Carmel, CA
Mimi Meriwether, Taos, NM
her twin sister, Patricia Huse, Hawaii.
and former brother-in-law Steve Huse of Prescott.

Jonan, Matthew and Stephen
A funeral mass of celebration will be celebrated by Father Daryl Olds and Father Richard Wozniak at Sacred Heart Church on Thursday, September 2 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Prescott Manor or the Judeians, in care of the funeral home.
