Funeral Services will be held on Thursday December 14th at 11:00am at Ruffner-Wakelin Funeral Home, 303 S. Cortez st. Prescott. Graveside Services will be held on Friday December 15th at 9:30 am at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd. in Phoenix.
