Sally died Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at the Capri At The Pointe Rehab care home in Phoenix, Arizona. She was born February 11, 1937 in Juneau, Alaska. Sally was 74 years old.
She is survived by her loving husband, Ralph E. O'Tier, of 21 years.
