Rosemary A. Ruddell-Lewis

Rosemary A. Ruddell-Lewis died May 1, 2012 in Prescott. She was born Dec. 3, 1923 in Fairmont, West Virginia; the daughter of William and Edith (Smallwood) Stealey. Rosemary was 88 years old. Rosemary moved to Phoenix in 1946 and to Prescott in 1993. She was a Title Officer for First American Title. In her younger days one would find her very fashionably dressed on the dance floor. She enjoyed rose gardening, and reading romance novels. She was a member of Queen Esther Chapter # 22 OES of Phoenix. Rosemary is survived by her son, Dr. Mike and daughter-in-law Kelly Ruddell of Prescott and daughter and son-in-law Nicki and Chuck Kross of Troy, New York; grandchildren; Cory, Katie, Marissa, and Sara. Rosemary was preceded in death by husbands; Harold Ruddell 1973 and Alfred Lewis, 2005. Private family service will be held later this summer. The family suggests memorials in her name to DAV, Prescott Chapter # 6, 730 N. 5th St. Prescott, AZ 86301
