Ronald Lee Schreck

Ronald Lee Schreck died peacefully on July 5, 2009 at Hospice of the Valley in Phoenix, Arizona.  He was born July 15, 1946 in Detroit, Michigan; the son of Clarence and Viola Schreck.  Ron was 62 years old. Ron served in the United States Navy and was stationed out of San Diego, California.  During his active service he acquired his Bachelors Degree in accounting.  After his tour of duty, Ron settled in Phoenix and started his own painting business.  On November 9, 1980 he married Linda Lou Turner and the two have lived in Phoenix ever since. Ron is survived by his wife, Linda, step-son, James Del Re, step-grandson, Quinton Del Re, mother Vicki Schreck of Prescott, Arizona, brothers; Gary Schreck and his wife, Mary, of East Pointe, Michigan, Keith Schreck and his wife, Karen, of Traverse City, Michigan, and sister, Luanne Frederick and her husband, Ken, of Prescott, Arizona. A private cremation will take place at the Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley, Arizona and his remains will be scattered in the Pacific Ocean with Military Honors.
