Robert John Kocisko

Robert John Kocisko, 77, passed away on June 29, 2024, in Prescott, AZ. with his family by his side. Born on February 6, 1947, in Cleveland, OH, he later established a life in Fountain Valley, CA. In his younger years, he loved downhill skiing in the winter & beach volleyball in the summer. Robert was a Real Estate Investor for many years which extended all the way to Tulsa, OK & Prescott Valley, AZ. He received his Masters in Electrical Engineering and later had a distinguished career with Raytheon before retiring and eventually moving to Chino Valley, AZ.

Robert was known for his kind, detailed, and honorable demeanor. His intellectual pursuits in Aerospace & Defense for Electrical Engineering were paralleled by his personal passion for Ham Radio (Call Sign K6PF), which provided him countless hours of enjoyment and connection with fellow enthusiasts.

"UB" as he was known by his family is survived by his brother Wayne Kocisko and his wife Sue, his niece Tracy Clayton and her husband James, his great-nephew Tanner Clayton, and his dear friend Caroline Baughman. Robert was preceded in death by his father John Kocisko, his mother Rose Kocisko, and his sister Barbara Ann.

Robert was a member of Saddleback Church in CA and Heights Church in Prescott, AZ where he continued his growth to know the Lord and met some amazing people of the community he later called friends.

Family will have a celebration of life for "UB" at a later time. His legacy of integrity and kindness remains a guiding light for those he leaves behind.
