Robert Joseph Hanold

Robert J. “Bob” Hanold passed away peacefully on July 15, 2024, of natural causes in Prescott, Arizona. Bob was fortunate to be able to always live life on his terms and did so until the end. After earning a B.S from General Motors Institute he completed his M.S and PhD. in Engineering from Case Institute in Cleveland, Ohio. After a long career at the Los Alamos National Laboratory, he and his devoted wife, Jorlene, spent the next 20 years enjoying their retirement. Whether flying their airplane, living in their boat on Yellowstone Lake or driving their RV - they always were on their own chosen agenda, and enjoyed every minute. He will be missed by all who loved him.
