Robert E Cowan

Robert E. Cowan joined his daughter Kelly Sue Cowan in heaven on April 15, 2008. He died at his home in Prescott Valley, he was 77 years old. Robert was born January 28, 1931 in San Bernardino, California to Henry & Dora Cowan. Robert married sweetheart Shirley Fawthorp on November 5, 1954 they shared 54 years of love, and family togetherness. Robert was retired from the United States Navy and worked for 26 years as a Radiation Technician at a Nuclear Power Plant here in Arizona. He has lived in Arizona for the past 15 years and has been a Yavapai County resident since 2002, previously residing in California. Robert enjoyed working with the animals on the farm. His daughter bought him three little piglets that he raised and treated them better than a house pet. They were very fat and happy pigs. Robert also worked on a dairy farm milking cows, I guess you can say if it had to do with farm animals , you would find Robert. The very proudest thing in Robert's life was and always will be his family, remember he is not gone, he lives on in our hearts and memories, and a glimpse of him I 'm sure can be seen, on a farm, or in a sunset or sunrise. Robert will be greatly missed................................. Robert E.
