Piedad D. Castro

Piedad D. Castro died Monday, February 7, 2005 in Prescott Valley, Arizona. He was born November 23, 1925 in Palmer Lake, Colorado, the son of Domingo and Eufemia (Dorado) Castro. Piedad was 79 years old. Piedad was a hard worker all his life. He worked for Lemoneria Ranch and Ortiz Trucking. He enjoyed being with his grandchildren and great grandchildren ans watching T.V. Piedad was proud of the almost 50 years of marriage to his Juanita "Jennie". Piedad is survived by his daughter; Viola Castro of Fillmore, granddaughters; Nikki (Doug) Hoffman and Vanessa Diminguez, and his five great grandchildren; Eric, Nathan, Manuel, Andrew and Alex. Visitation will be from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Monday, February 14, 2004 at Chapel of Angels, 600 Pleasant St and a Rosary service will be 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 15, 2005 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Santa Paulo, CA with Rev. Arthuro S. Gomez presiding. Final commendations will follow at Santa Paulo Cemetery.
