With her children by her side, Peggy Lois Selph Wagner passed away peacefully September 14th in Richfield, Utah. Peggy was born on April 25, 1947 to the joy of her parents Loys and Virgie Smith Selph in Phoenix, Arizona. She graduated from Prescott High School and then returned there to work as a registrar. She loved spending time with the students which eventually included her two children Heather and David; being a mother to them was the highlight of her life. She supported all of their activities and was their biggest fan. After they left home, Peggy moved to Phoenix where she landed her dream job as a bookstore manager. She devoured books, often reading more than one a day. By far the most often read was The Book of Mormon. Her church was the foundation of her life and her love for Christ has been emulated by her children and seven grandchildren. She is greatly loved.
Peggy is survived by her two children; Heather Houston (Michael) of Phoenix, AZ, David Wagner (Janette) Monroe, UT. Grandchildren; Nicole, Rebekah, Davy, Darci, Tara, Elisabeth and Lily. She was preceded in death by her parents Loys and Virgie Selph, sister, Versie Kirby and brother, Bobby Selph.
