Patrick O'Donnell

Patrick "Chip" died Friday January 6, 2006 in Prescott Valley, Arizona. He was born October 11, 1947 in Urbana, Illinois; the son of John Patrick and Vera Mae (Creager) O?Donnell.  Chip was 58 years old. Chip is survived by his loving wife, Terry; His step-children Annette Clark & Anthony Clement; Granddaughter, Kelsey Clark and his brothers, Paul & Phil Coultas, Kevin & John O?Donnell. Chip attended Port Huron Jr. College in Michigan. He proudly served in the United States Army, being discharged in 1969. Chip toured the coffee house circuit playing his guitar and singing. Chip Moved to Tucson, Arizona in 1973. He had been diagnosed with a condition similar to muscular dystrophy. He moved to Prescott Valley in 1984.  Chip thanked God  for everyday he lived.
