Neva C McKnight

Neva McKnight, age 100. Neva passed away quietly in her sleep, June 17th, 2024, at home. Neva was a wonderful, caring, generous and loving person. She was preceded in death by Rodger, her husband of 65 years, her parents, Ed and Othella Donaldson, two sisters and two great grandchildren.

Neva is survived by her two children, Patti (Kim) Shafer and Michael (Pam) McKnight, five grandchildren, six great grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.

Neva and Rodger married in 1946 and moved to Bagdad, where they raised their family. Neva loved Bagdad and had many friends and good memories. After retiring, they moved to Yarnell. They enjoyed their lives there. Rodger passed in 2011. Neva moved to Prescott Valley with two of her sisters where she lived happily until she left this life to be with Rodger again. Neva was greatly loved and will be missed by her family and friends.

Services will be Saturday, June 29th, 2024, at 10:00am at Ruffner-Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel, 8480 E Valley Rd, Prescott Valley. Luncheon will be at 11:00am at the LDS Church, 7885 E Long Look Dr. Prescott Valley. Graveside Service at 2:00pm at Peeples Valley Pioneer Cemetery.
