Michael Edmund Mcgowan

Michael Edmund McGowan passed away on December 4, 2021 in Prescott, AZ.  He was born July 24, 1992 in Harrison, Arkansas and moved to San Jose, California.Michael lived in San Jose, California until moving to his beloved Lake Tahoe, California where he enjoyed scouting, camping and snowboarding.  Then his job pipefitting took him to Sacramento, California where he attended American River College.In 2015 Michael moved to Prescott to be with family and attended Yavapai College.  He loved drawing, calligraphy, golf, carpentry and true crime podcasts.  Michael was a loving, kind and funny man, never giving up when faced with life’s challenges.  Greatly loved, he will be greatly missed.He is survived by his mother Jan E. McGowan, his father Thomas J. McGowan and the love of his life, Kandace Pena and her children Sierra, Isabelle and Carmen, He is also survived by many loved aunts, uncles and cousins.A visitation will be held on Monday December 13th from 9-11 am at Ruffner-Wakelin Funeral Home, 303 S.
