Mary Theresa Petak

Mary T Petak of Prescott, AZ passed away on September 5, 2021. Mary was born August 4, 1933, in Jamaica, NY to Francis and Mary Rusinek.

She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Albert. Daughter, Connie (Richard) Joy and Son, Richard (Tammy) Petak.  Granddaughters Erica Joy and Brittany (Benjamin) LaPerna, and a great grandson Ayden LaPerna.

Mary had a degree in Gemology from Morrisville College in NY, retired from IBM, and was living at the Avista Senior Living Center in Prescott. She enjoyed needle work and knitting beautiful blankets. Mary will be remembered at a mass at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Prescott.
