Mary Louise Parra

Mary Louise Parra went home to the Lord the morning of November 10, 2005 surrounded by her loving family in her home in Prescott. Arizona. She was born July 1, 1923 in Winkelman, Arizona the daughter of Joseph H. and Drimentria (Felix) Miles. Mary was 82 years old.   She married the love of her life Arthur in 1946; he preceded her in death in 1987. Together they raise a beautiful family. She was an active member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Mary could be found either in her kitchen making her great tamales, menudo or  out side working in her flower garden. She enjoyed gathering her family together and sharing time with them and her many friends. Her greatest pride was the family the grand and great grandchildren.   Mary is survived by her daughters Diana Parra of Coolidge and Josephine (Kenneth) Van Keuren of Chino Valley sons: Art (Cindy) of Prescott, Richard (Pam) of Lake Havasu and Ed (Claudia) of Phoenix; grandchildren; Chad, Shaw, Josh, Jason, Dustin, Leah, Ty, Payton and Laci; great grandchildren; Haven, Payson, Jaxon and Gracie, (two more greats will be joining the family in Dec. and Jan.) and ?special? little Dillon; her nieces and nephews, especially Edwina and Albert. Mary was preceded in death by daughter Rosemary and son Steven.
