Margaret Herzog

Margaret Herzog, died January 11, 2012 at Las Fuentes Care Center. She was born Sept. 11, 1916 the daughter of William and Adaline (Dicken) Phillips. Margaret was 95 old.
Margaret and George where married in 1973 in Sun City, Arizona. They moved to Prescott in 1992. George fondly recalls Margaret excellent recylcing and craft skills. She made dog figures from used golf balls given her by the golf pro in Sun City, make wire figures from hangers and enjoyed redoing greeting cards with construction paper and new versus. She was an active member of Willow Hills Baptist Church until recently when she could no longer hear the service. Margaret and George really enjoyed her family reunions especially the ones in Logan, Utah and North Rim of the Grand Canyon.
Margaret is survived by her husband George; her brother, Robert (Opal) Phillips and sister-in-law Lucille Phillips all of Kansas.

Celebration of Margarets Life will be at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2012 at Las Fuentes Resort, Social Room, 1035 Scott Drive in Prescott.
