Margaret Edna Kohnle

Margaret Edna Kohnle, 80, of Prescott Valley, AZ died April 3, 2013 in Scottsdale, AZ. She was born April 15, 1932 in Brownsberg, Quebec, Canada to Bethel & Edna (Dixon) Steele. She leaves behind her husband of 36 years Arthur James 'Jim' Kohnle; children Deborah & Lanny Amsberry of Tempe, AZ; Chris Smith of Phoenix, AZ; Rob Smith of Paulden, AZ; John & Stephanie Smith of Norco, CA; Randy & Dona Smith of Apple Valley, CA; Kim & Carol Kohnle of Rialto, CA; and Kathy & Kevin Ward of Grimsby, Canada; her siblings Don & Barb Steele, Florence Solodiuk, Ivy Evans, Betty & Vick Cant, Grace & Ralph Baiano, Jenny & Jim Album, Millie Fenton, and Verda Smith - all of Canada. She is also survived by her grandchildren David, Ken, Brittnee, Shawn, Melissa, Austin, Ashley, Christopher, Bonnie Kaylee, Mark, Dave, Tammy, and Scott; as well as her great-grandchildren Kelly, Kenny, Erik, Sophia, Luke, Braeden, Joshua, Mia, Liam, Colin, Capri, Justine, Nathan James, Brendan, Shailyn, Reilly, and Christopher. She was a member of the Prescott Community Church and enjoyed the treasure hunting of yard sales, going to Laughlin, and most of all giving to and caring for others. She was certainly proudest of her husband Jim, her children, and her family. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Cancer Society.
