Luella Williams

Luella Williams Our beloved Luella Williams, 88 years old, passed into our Lord's loving arms on January 21, 2014 at the Lund Family Hospice Home in Gilbert, AZ. Luella was born on October 5, 1925 in Melrose, MN to Herman and Margaret Hinnenkamp. She was the sixth oldest of twelve children. Luella moved from MN to Chula Vista, CA in 1954 where she was employed by Safeway Stores for 30 years. After retirement she relocated to Chino Valley, AZ, Prescott Valley, and Gilbert, AZ. She was a founding member off the Sunrise Senior Living Home where she resided at the time of her death. Luella was a very social lady and loved by all. She loved traveling, photography, painting, music and dancing. She performed with the Classy Chassis for many years in the Prescott area. She volunteered at the VA Hospital in Prescott. She loved good food and was an excellent cook. She had a love for life and would light up a room as soon as she walked in. She also enjoyed giving and receiving warm, loving hugs. Luella was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Williams, parents, siblings Rosella Wieber, Erwin Hinnenkamp, Lucille Loecken, Walter Hinnenkamp, and Hildegard Knops. Surviving siblings are brothers Arthur Hinnenkamp, Herman Hinnenkamp. Wilfred Hinnenkamp, Harold Hinnenkamp of MN, sisters Virginia Caspers of Chula Vista, CA and Margaret Eiynck of Gilbert, AZ along with many nieces and nephews.



Service:
A memorial service celebrating Luella's life will be held on Thursday, Feb. 20 at 10:30 A.M. at Sunrise Senior Living Home, 580 South Gilbert Road, Gilbert, AZ 85296. Burial will take place at a later date in Glen Abbey Memorial Park, Chula Vista, CA
