Leonard Brogdon

Leonard Brogdon (Lenny) was born in Phoenix, Arizona on November 18, 1945 to L.J. and Oleta Brogdon. He was a carpenter for many years and then worked for Central Arizona Project (CAP) as a planner and scheduler for the maintenance department. He worked at CAP for 20 years and retired in 2005. Lenny was an exceptional, warm and loving man. He was a wonderful father, step-father, father-in-law, “papa” and “granddad” to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He and his wife, Paula, were married on June 15, 1996 in Dewey, Arizona at their home at the top of the hill. Lenny always loved all the wildlife, the beauty, the sunrises and sunsets that could be seen from their home. He was an avid hunter, skier, musician and songwriter, loved flying his plane, as well as being an exceptionally loving husband. All who knew him were so touched by his generosity, compassion and his faith in God. He is survived by his wife, Paula, daughter, Tina West, his step-daughter, Kris Park, step-daughter, Lisa Sirard, step-son Steve Taylor, step-son Steve Street, 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. He was an active member of Living Faith Church in Prescott Valley, Arizona. Lenny Brogdon will be missed by the many who love him!
