Kay Hargrove passed away Friday, February 4, 2011 in Prescott Valley, AZ surrounded by his girls; wife, daughters and granddaughters.
He was born December 27, 1933 in Brawley, CA to Luke & Anna Hargrove.
He married Martha Webb of El Centro and raised 3 children. Martha passed away in 2003.
He was raised on the family dairy farm and after football (CIF Champ) he worked for IID, Anza Packing, Ramey Meats and retired after 26 years with Lawson Products. While with Lawson Products, he received an award for $8 million in sales.
In 2005, he married Glenda Kilborn of Brawley. They traveled for a year before settling in Prescott Valley, AZ
Kay was a member of the Prescott Valley Elks # 330, American Legion Post 60 Brawley and Order of Moose, El Centro # 1033. He loved the desert, desert races with family, salmon fishing, and always remodeling something on his home.
Kay was proceeded in death by his parents, Luke & Anna, brothers, Luke Jr., John, Bill.
Kay is survived by his wife, Glenda, Children; Lonnie (Cheryl) Hargrove of Imperial, CA., Leslie Mamer (Dave Marini) of Holtville, CA., Linda (Chip) Corfman of El Centro, and Cheryl Smith of Brawley, CA. Sisters; Joy Veniola, of Kingman, AZ, and Edna (Jerry) Nice of Annabella, UT. Kay had 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

A Celebration of his Life will be 10 am, Saturday, March 12, 2011 at the Elks Lodge, 6245 E. Second Street, Prescott Valley, AZ 86314
