Karl Leo Lidums

Karl L. Lidums, 95, formerly of Laguna Niguel, CA passed away in the very early morning on Monday, December 14, 2020 in Prescott, AZ at the Good Samaritan Legacy Home Care facility.  He was born in Riga, Latvia on February 17, 1925 and legally immigrated from Germany to the USA with his wife, Meta and daughter, Angela in 1950.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Meta in 2009 after 61 years of marriage, and is survived by his daughters Angela Williams and Audrey Osendorf and their husbands Bill and Berny, all residents of Arizona.  Also among survivors are his grandchildren, Jeffrey Vincent, Shawna Barboni, and Jody Osendorf, as well as five Great Grandchildren.  Karl had a long 32-year career with Southern California Edison Company as an electrical engineer and retired in 1983.  He will be laid to rest at Forest Lawn in Cypress, CA, next to his wife.  Because of the current Pandemic situation, a memorial may be held at a later date.
