K David Perkins, M.D.

K. David Perkins, M.D., died November 19,2010 at Margaret T. Morris Center. He was born November 8, 1939 in Brooklyn, New York, the son of Kenneth H. and Florence (McKeon) Perkins. David was 71 years old.

David and Alice moved to Prescott in 1997 after an active life in Logan, Utah. David was proud of his career as a pathologist but proudest of his children. He was an active member and an Elder in the Presbyterian Church and a member of Rotary, in Logan. David enjoyed being out doors: be it scuba diving as he and Alice traveled around the world or fishing, backpaking and hiking in the Wind River Range of Wyoming.

David is survived by his beloved wife Alice, they were married June 10, 1961, his. daughter, Laura M. Young of Tucson and son, Brian of Prescott, granddaughter, Ellen Young and brother, Larry (Karin) of Alamo, California.
David was preceded in death by his son, Stephen.

A celebration of Davids life will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, December 2, 2010 at Margaret T. Morris Center 878 Sunset Dr. Prescott, AZ.

Inurnment will be in the spring in Logan, Utah.
