Joseph "Joe" Van Brocklin

Joseph “Joe” Van Brocklin, born in North Pitcher, NY, on October 31, 1928 to Ruth (Talbott) and Chester Van Brocklin, passed away peacefully on January 23, 2018 in Prescott, AZ with his son, Craig, daughter, Valerie, and son-in-law, Karl Johnstone, at his side. He is additionally survived by many loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. He was married to his beloved Dona (McDougal), who predeceased him, for 64 years. Joe served his country honorably in the Coast Guard. He also was a career Marine, retiring as a Chief Warrant Officer, and Vietnam veteran. Following his military career, he was a Vice President of Project Development with Potomac Research and a business owner of Upstate Automotive Parts In keeping with his wishes, no service will be held.
