John Christopher Brosius, age 72 died in Prescott, Arizona after a brief illness on February 24, 2023.
Chris was born in Glendale, California and his early years were spent in the Sunland-Tujunga area. Chris was a musician, singer during the 1980s playing with Roger Miller, Billie Burnett and Moon Martin. He was a co-owner and audio engineer with Craig T. Fall at Fattrax Studio and continued to work at various audio companies.
Chris had a great love for animals, especially horses and dogs. Which became his next love. This love brought him to the Burbank Rancho Equestrian area. He kept his horse, Rusty at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center and developed many friendships. He loved team penning and even won a buckle at an event at the Center. In 2012 after leaving Technicolor he retired to beautiful Prescott, Arizona.
He was the son of Kenneth and Rosemary Brosius. He is survived by his wife Colleen Miyahara Brosius, sister Pamela C. Hillman of Los Angeles, nieces Agatha Fineman of La Crescenta and Madeline Silverman of Seal Beach, California.
A repose of the soul will be held on April 18, 2023 at 7 AM at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Parish, Prescott, Arizona
