Joann M. Mollema

JoAnn died Saturday, July 5, 2014 at her home in Prescott, Arizona. She was born July 30, 1960 in Van Nuys, California, the daughter of Joseph and Carolyn (Haase) Bay. JoAnn was 53 years old. JoAnn graduated from Granada Hills High School and went on to be a dental hygienist. She moved to Prescott in 1994, where she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. JoAnn worked at the Artful Eye in downtown Prescott and loved meeting new people. She is survived by her parents Joseph and Carolyn Bay, daughter Alexandra Mekjian and her husband Jeff Morgan, and her brother Dave Bay.
