Jimmie Mae Brown

Jimmie Mae Brown (Akins) passed away October 8, 2024 at the age of 93

Jimmie was born April 8, 1931 to James Martin and Lula (Faulkner) Akin in Henrietta Texas the youngest of nine children, she loved sports of all kind and bingo among other interests. Jimmie was preceded in death by her parents and two of her five children, Terri Ann Brown and George Marchessault. She is survived by three children, Kathy Flynn, Prescott AZ; Tom Brown (Michelle Kay), Beaverton, Oregon; and Tim Brown (Jennifer Brown), as well as five grandchildren, Beth Wood (Ross Wood), Ryan Flynn, Alexandra Brown, Owen Brown and Sydnie Brown and two great grandchildren, Eveline and Samuel. She loved deeply and touched many during her life. The family wishes to thank the compassionate and caring staff of Mountain View Manor and Compassus.
