Jesse Doyle Holt

Jesse Doyle Holt died on December 21, 2008 at the VAMC Hospice in Prescott, Arizona. He was 73 years old. Born September 8, 1935 in Irwin, Tennesse he was the son of Ray E. & Billie (Davis) Douglas. Jesse was retired from the United States Navy  and was a veteran of the Korean War from 1952 - 1955. He lived in Nevada before returning to Prescott in 1956 and worked in the Bagdad Copper Mine from 1957 - 1966. Jesse also was employed with the Grand Canyon Orphen Mine and with the Prescott VA Hospital for 12 years. He was a lifetime member of DAV and enjoyed target shooting. He was proudest of serving his Country and the close friedships that he had throughout his life. Jesse will be greatly missed.
