James Allen Watt, 65, died December 23, 2013 at the Veterans' Hospital in Prescott, AZ. He was born May 13, 1948 in Brooklyn, NY to William & Fern (Lippi) Watt. He is survived by his three children Alyssa Watt, Joseph Watt, and Richard Watt.
