Irene Frances Willard McDole, 94, of Prescott died June 12 at Good Samaritan Marley House. Born in Valhalla, New York to Charles Francis and Jane Dolan Willard, Irene graduated from White Plains High School in White Plains,  N.Y.  and attended Rutgers University. While employed by the War Department, she met and married Robert Clark McDole in 1945. Irene was a member of Federated Junior Women's Clubs in New Jersey and Illinois, hospital auxiliary, and was an active member of the Episcopal Women's Organization for 50 years in Illinois and Arizona. She was employed by Stavid Engineering, Central DuPage Hospital, and was a supervisor for Kelly Services. After retiring to Prescott in 1981, Irene was a member of Prescott Art Docents for 20 years. She also volunteered for Prescott Adult Care Services, YRMC Hospice, West Yavapai Guidance Clinic Senior Peer Counseling Program, and the Alzheimer's Association. Her family and friends remember her as a well traveled (27 foreign countries), adventurous,  high spirited woman with a wonderful sense of humor. Survivors include daughter Patricia Trout of Sheridan, WY, grandsons Matthew Milenkovic of Puyallup, WA, and Paul Trout of Morenci, AZ, great-granddaughters Alexandra and Addison Milenkovic. Irene was prceded in death by Robert Clark McDole (2002), daughter Linda Milenkovic (2011) and granddaughter Megan Milenkovic (2008). Per Irene's request, there will be no services. Memorial donations may be made to Good Samaritan Marley House or the Alzheimer's Association.
