Henry W. Cozine

Henry W. Cozine, 81, died May 20, 2009 at the Bob Stump VA Medical Center in Prescott, Arizona.  He was born June 23, 1927 in Bayonne, New Jersey to William and Mary (Hone) Cozine. He was a life member of the Blind Association of Arizona, a member of the DAV #16, VFW #541 and the American Legion Post 6 in Prescott. He was a VA servcie officer @ the VA hospital in Prescott. He is survived by Edna, his significant other of 22 years, four sons, two daughter-in-laws, five brothers and one sister and their spouses, six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to any American Cancer Society.
