Harold Duane Lee

Harold ?Duane? Lee died January 11, 2008 at Yavapai Regional Medical Center in Prescott, Arizona. He was born February 5, 1926 in Drummond, Oklahoma. Duane was the son of W. Leonard. and Irene F. (Maddox) Lee. Duane had worked in aero-space and missile defense for our nation. His career and his love of travel had taken him and Grace all over the world. He was an active member of Asbury United Methodist Church, Gideons International, a member of the Walk to Emmaus Community, Disciple Community, Model T Club of Tulsa,  NOMADS, and Route 66 RV Club.   Duane loved working with his hands; enjoying God?s beauty in nature outdoors and spending quality time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was proudest of his family. He was a Godly man.   Duane is survived by his loving wife; Grace, they were married September 1, 1946, in Oxford, Kansas United Methodist Church; and celebrated 61 years of wonderful life together.   His daughter and daughter-in-law:  Dianna Grace (Michael) Higgs of Chino Valley, AZ and          Carol Lee of Winfield, Kansas.   Sons:    David W. (Cathey) Lee of Oxford, Kansas    Robert D. (Roberta) Lee of Sapulpa, Oklahoma   Preceded in death by son James D. and granddaughter, Amy Lee   Grandchildren: Paul, David, Karin, Jamie, Jimmy, Jason Andrew, Sarah, Greg, Becky, Kaylyn, Jacob;   Great grandchildren: Cody, Colton, Brianna, Robert, Michael, Baylee, Lindsey, Connor, Corbin, Chase, Jordan, Anna, Thomas James, Hayden and Case and  great great grandchild, Alexis.   Sisters: Marillyn (Rex) King of Houston, Texas              Marcia Standerfer of Mulvane, Kansas              Lou Ellen (Albert) Bliss of Canton, Texas               Freeda (Glen) Steyer of Salina, Kansas
