Born in Abilene, Texas on February 16,1945 to parents George Harvey Kimbler and Sammie Frances Pollock. George is survived by his wife Sue of fifty six years, his three sons Matthew, Jeffrey, and Ryan and his two sisters Janet Barton of Manor Texas and Susan Egmont of Boston Massachusetts . George's family moved from Texas to Arizona in 1960 where he attended Pueblo High School where he met his wife Sue. He went on to attend Arizona State University where he majored in Accounting and later became a CPA. George loved sports, especially football, baseball and golf that he loved to watch with his sons. He was also a voracious reader of history and had an unending intellectual curiosity. He loved to ask probing questions about life and the universe. George loved the Lord and one his most favorite passions was music and singing in the choir at church. He was gifted with a musical ability that not many have. He could sight read and had perfect pitch. Music spoke to his soul deeply. We take comfort in knowing that he is now in heaven singing in God's choir.
