Gene Wayne Sutton

Gene Wayne Sutton was born on January 20, 1932 in Capron, Oklahoma to David Leroy and Gertrude Sutton. He married Betty Jane Eaton on October 4, 1952. Gene went to be with the Lord on September 3, 2019.  He was preceded by his wife Betty, son Jonathan, and daughter Betty. Gene leaves behind his children; Gene Jr., Walter, Mark (Chris), Vickie (Mike) DiNieri, and Melody, grandchildren; Cheryl, Brian, Betty Jane (Charlie), Mike Jr. (Richelle), Chelsae, Christopher (Janette), Alisha, Ashley, Bradley, and Mark Jr., great-grandchildren; Charity (Josiah), Grace, Mercy, Rejoyce, Jonathan, Lillian, Alexia, Kayla, Charles, Jonathan, Joseph, Maddie, Nathaniel, Caleb, and Eva, one great-great grandchild on the way, brother; Ken (Terry), and his best friend; Louie. He was a dedicated, loving, supportive husband and father who humbly provided for his family by working in the Operating Engineers’ Union Local Number 428 for over 50 years.
