Frederick Russell Munch

Frederick R. Münch, died at his home in Prescott on April 14, 2015. He was born May 8, 1947 in Los Angeles, CA; the son of Henry R. and Gladys (Parker) Munch. Fred moved to Arizona from California 15 years ago, continuing to work as an adminstrator for IBM in Phoenix, before retiring and moving to Prescott. He and Terry together owned the Briar Wreath Inn a popular local bed and breakfast inn. Fred had a long time commitment to take an elderly friend, both in California and then here in Prescott to play bingo which they both enjoyed. Fred put his UCLA design degree to good use designing Terry’s and his homes and his many crafting hobbies. He enjoyed gardening and cooking; especially the fresh produce from his garden. He was proudest of sustaining his 46 year relationship with Terry. He is survived by his spouse, Terry Fowler, sister, Carolee Block of Everett, WA; nieces, Emm’et Johnson, Patricia Cunningham and Lisa Flood and nephews; David Johnson and Steven Gowan and many great nieces and nephews
