Frances Victoria Nubbe

Frances Victoria Nubbe affectionately known as “Gaga” departed this life on May 25, 2018 at the age of 95 in her Prescott, Arizona home.

The memorial services will be held August 3, 2018 at San Fernando Mission Rey Chapel located at 15151 San Fernando Mission Blvd., Mission Hills, CA 91345 at 1:30 pm followed by internment at San Fernando Mission Hills Cemetery located at 11160 Stranwood Ave., Mission Hills, CA 91345.

Fran was born July 31, 1922 in Chicago, Illinois to Dorothy and Bernard Wagner. She was a graduate of Schurz High School. Fran married LaVerne Nubbe on January 26, 1946 and they had 2 children. LaVerne preceded Frances in death on March 18, 1989.Fran began a successful career at General Motors in Van Nuys, CA and attended Our Lady of Peace Church.

Fran was loved by all and admired for her colorful personality and style. She was preceded in death by her son Jeffrey Nubbe in 2009.Fran is survived by her daughter,Pam Zimmerman, son-in-law, Gary Zimmerman, and 3 granddaughters, Kristin Brazil, Joy Dvorak and Jill Lewis.
