Eva Collins born January 19, 1947 joined our savior Jesus Christ on September 18, 2016.  Eva was born in Lansing, Michigan and went to school in Holt, Michigan where she graduated in 1965.  She worked for the State of Michigan for over 30 years starting as an Executive Secretary for the head of Department of Natural Resources and in 1986 she graduated from the state police academy to become a Game and Fish officer for the Department of Natural Resources.  After retirement from the State of Michigan she joined her husband William "Rip" Collins in Everett, Washington in 1994.  In January 2000, they both moved to Arizona to make their retirement home in Prescott.  Not long after moving to Arizona,

Eva went to work for Yavapai Gaming as an HR Assistant and retired January 2015.  Eva had many interests and was very busy with all of her activities; she participated in organizations such as Preceptor Alpha Delta Sorority Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi and Republican Women of Prescott.  She enjoyed scrapbooking, playing Bunco, interior design, and spending lots of time with family and friends. She is survived by her husband William Collins; son Brent DeLine, his wife Helen and their children Michalena and Gabriella; brother Roy Roath; several nieces, nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.  Preceding her in death were her parents, Lyle and Louise Roath; and brothers Dennis Roath and Michael Roath. Family requests in lieu of flowers make donations to Hospice Family Care, Inc.
