Dorothy Rose Kiefer

Dorothy Kiefer (Dottie), 80, passed away peacefully at the Pineview Adult Care Home in Prescott, Arizona. She was born in Fremont, Ohio on August 30th 1940 to Agnes and Albert Kiefer.

Dottie moved to California in the late 1960’s. She worked for Lucky Food Stores as an accounting clerk and finally resided in Anaheim, CA until she retired (there were many visits from family with Dottie to Disneyland).  She then moved to Prescott, AZ with a close friend, Barry Hutchings, and they quickly gained new friends there.  Her sisters, nieces, nephews and daughter all enjoyed visiting Dottie in California and in Prescott, Arizona...Dorothy is survived by her twin sister, Doris Krienke, and her older sister, Joyce Reardon.  Also surviving are her nieces, Michele, Chris, Debbie, Gina, Kim and nephews, Michael, Doug and daughter, Amy Kazmier.Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents; her oldest sister, Mary Jo, and brother John. Also deceased are her nephews Dan and Keith.
