Doris Margaret Riley

Doris Margaret Riley, age 85, passed away July 22, 2023, in Prescott, AZ.

Doris was born in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania on July 16, 1938, to Margaret and Edward Schreffler. She retired from The University of Delaware. Doris enjoyed hiking mountain trails and long walks with John. She had a passion for making family gatherings special. No detail was overlooked, and often went above and beyond with the menu and decorations.

Doris was a wonderful wife and mother, and will be missed.

Doris was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings, Betty, Joesph, David, and Phyllis. She is survived by her husband, John of 60 years; two children, Suzanne and Doug; and grandson, Logan.
