Doris Mae Beyea

Doris Mae Beyea, of Yava, AZ., born June 10, 1927 in Worchester, Mass, to Carl & Nina Gilbert. Doris went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 16, 2006 at the Prescott Samaritan Village.   Doris was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Walter Ernest Beyea, Sr., son, Walter Ernest Beyea, Jr, sister, Irene Gilbert, brother Francis Gilbert, and great-grandson Arrey Wells. She is survived by her sister Helen (Craig) Jardon, of Evergreen, Colorado, brothers; Ken (Betty) of Roseville, CA, Richard (Janet) of Colorado and Herb (Dottie)  of Washington.   Doris was the beloved mother of  son David Beyea and his wife Sandy of Roseburg, OR. and daughter, Linda Miller and her husband Monty of Yava, AZ, the loving grandma of Josh (Heather) Wells, and great grandkids; Darach and Emalee of  Glendale,  Jeff Wells of Glendale, AZ. Joe Wells of Dewey, David Beyea Jr. of Prescott , AZ.  Brook ?Mike Beyea of Oregon, Clint Beyea of Oregon and ?granddog? Joy Miller of Yava.   Doris, Walter, 3 kids and 3 dogs moved to Hillside, AZ in 1961 and then Walter and Doris moved to Yava in 1979. She loved Arizona especially in the springtime, Doris helped in the building of the Hillside Bible Church, which was completed in 1975.   A memorial gathering of family and friends will be held at Hillside Bible Church in Hillside, AZ at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 20th.   Doris will be greatly missed here on earth but is rejoicing in her mansion in heaven,    Bye mom, I love you, Linda.   You are invited to sign Doris?s guest  book at www:\ ruffnerwakelin .com.   Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home meeting the needs of the family.
