Donald Preston

Donald Preston, 73, of Prescott, AZ., passed away Saturday, August 15, 2015. He was born August 26, 1941 in Newark, NJ.

Don Joined the U.S. Marine Corps at the age of 17 with written permission from his parents. He served in Camp Lejeune, NC; Okinawa, Japan; and Camp Pendleton, CA until his discharge in 1963.

Don went on to graduate from Brigham Young University and pursued an ambitious and successful career in business. After retiring he took pleasure in traveling, frequently volunteered in his community, wrote three books and enjoyed time with his dog Juno.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife Geraldine, his parents Edward and Helen, and his sister Susan.

He is survived by his daughter Tammy Baker; his sons Donald E. Preston and Thomas W. Preston; grandchildren Victoria, Benjamin, Ashley, Zachary, and Dillon; and sisters Carol and Judy.
