Donald A. Schandelmeier

Donald A Schandelmeier, Born Nov 10, 1929 and  passed onto his next journey Aug 30, 2018.Donald was born in MI but grew up in Tyrone Pa.

He lived in Long Island, NY and Butler, Pa before moving to Prescott Valley , AZ in 1983 after he retired as a state inspector for Huntington Brake.Donald was married to Shirley M. (Riggleman) Schandelmeier, who left us in 2014He was a Veteran of WWII and the Korean War.

Donald was an adventurous and loving soul who will be missed by his family,  daughter and son in law Brenda and Dennis Prevo, grandchildren: Ashley, Chris, Sam and Nichole, great grandchildren: Brylie, Lyla and Luke, brother and sister in law Mel and Donna Schandelmeier as well as nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the VA CLC and Hospice for all their care and kindness. Donald made many friends throughout his life and was very much loved by his family who will treasure and miss his jokes and stories as well as his big heart and laughter that held a special light in this life.
