Don Excell

Don Excell, 56, passed away on Wednesday, September 26th, 2018 in Phoenix, Az. Don was born in Henderson, Nevada to Terrill Don Excell and Carolyn Lee (Morris) Excell on May 29th, 1962. His family then relocated to Arizona where he attended Bradshaw Mountain High School. He worked as the head excavator for The Ranch of Prescott for three years and then went on to work for Carolina Sales & Excell Enterprises as a mason. He was well known for his unique sense of humor and undeniable loyalty to his friends and family. Don was very active in the sports community in Prescott, playing in the Prescott Basketball, Softball, and Bowling League. Don was also a member of the Quailwood Men’s Club and placed in the President’s Cup.

Don is preceded in death by his brother, Darrell Excell, and his mother, Carolyn Excell.

Don will be forever missed by Tamara Martinez, former spouse and mother of his children: Josh, Brandon, and Felicia Excell, Rhonda Horton, former spouse and mother of his child, Tyler Excell, brother and sister: Valerie (Excell) Pachel and Curtis Scott Excell, father Terrill Don Excell, six grandchildren, eight niece and nephews, and eleven great niece and nephews.
