Diana Lee Smith

Mrs. Diana Lee Smith, 70, went to be with her Lord on December 24, 2011, at her home in Prescott Valley, AZ surrounded by her family and caregivers. Funeral Services will be held December 29, 2:00 PM at Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home in Prescott, AZ, by Rev. Gary Graveline. Burial will be in Pioneer Home Cemetery, in Prescott, Arizona.
Diana was born December 22, 1941, in Los Angeles, Ca, daughter of the late Lillian and Alfred Ashley. She was joined in marriage to William Robert Smith on June 30, 1963. Diana was preceded in death by her son William Bill Smith, and her great-grandson Skyler Griffin as well as her parents Lillian and Alfred Ashley, and her brothers Lynn, Jerry, and Johnny. She is survived by her husband, William Robert Smith of Prescott Valley; three daughters, Deborah K. and Mike Griffin of Prescott Valley, Rhonda and John Etheridge of Carthage, Tennessee, and Deanna Roberts of Prescott, Az; nine grandchildren, Adina, Cory, Billy, Amanda, Ervin, Ezra, Gina, Zachary, Eva; a great-grand child Colton; her sister Deanna Kaiser, and her brother Jimmy Ashley.
Dianas heart was for her family and serving her Lord Jesus. A special thank you to Granite Mountain Hospice Care for their amazing and compassionate care for her and her family until the end.
