Demirae Dorothy Gardenhire tragically passed away on May 10, 2023, in Phoenix, AZ. She was born on June 12, 1999, in Plano, Tx.
Demi is survived by her mother Lisa Faircloth. Her father Jerry Gardenhire and his wife Theresia. One sister Misty and brothers JD, Ivan, Nathan(Bubba) and stepbrother Logan Banks and his wife Amanda.
Today we are remembering Demi’s joyful spirit, her kindness, and her love for life. We all remember how sweet she was; one who loved to laugh, would talk to anyone, was there for her friends and loved to give cheek kisses to everyone she knew. She had a smile that would light up the room.
She was very silly and picked an alias name of ‘Trip’ because she always tripped and fell over her own two feet. Although she was uncoordinated on her own two feet, she was so graceful on her horse Dancer. She Rode with passion and confidence. Dancer took care of Demi, like Demi liked to take care of others. Their connection was obvious, and Demi glowed with confidence, nobleness, and freedom when she was in the saddle. She strived to be a hero for her horse, to bring Dancer to triumph in any competition. She always said her horse gave her wings. Now she has received wings of her own. She has risen to a place pf peace and comfort. There is no more suffering or tears, no more struggles or heartaches for Demi.
