Chauncy Ray Sedelmeier

Chauncy Ray Sedelmeier passed way on March 14, 2019 in Prescott, Arizona at the age of 83. Chauncy was born July 11, 1935 in Friend, Nebraska.  In keeping with his birthplace name, he lived his life a true friend to everyone he met. His wife Karen Marie, of 60 years, daughter Kim DiLallo, granddaughter Morgan DiLallo, sister Susan Holmes and his faithful dog Shadow, survives him. Chauncy moved to Prescott in 1996 and quickly became a part of the horseback riding community and loved riding in the backcountry on his horse OJ. He rode all over the local area with friends and in the past few years enjoyed the same trails on his side by side. “When the roundup ends and the campfire dims, he shalt be saved. When a cowboy trades his spurs for wings.” A celebration of Chauncy’s life will take place late spring early summer with information to follow.
