Smith, Carol Jean, 72, born 11-17-48 Crawfordsville Indiana, died 2-12-21 in Prescott ArizonaShe was a graduate of North Miami High School in Denver Indiana and a longtime homemaker in Akron Indiana and Chino Valley Arizona.She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, William Smith Jr., parents Roy and Dorothy Hall and her brother Howard.  Carol is survived by her older brother Edward Hall and her 2 children Shari Lynn Wilbur and William Smith, a granddaughter Lindsay, 2 grandsons Harry and Teddy and many loving nieces who were all like daughters to her.She loved making and selling her crafts at several craft shows around northern Arizona. creating new items to sell and being socially active at her many shows made her very happy. She loved her family, romance novels, numbers, travelling and museums and will be fondly remembered for singing along to her favorite songs.She is with her husband again in heaven, I'm sure Carol is still doing her crafts with William balling her yarn next to her. Together forever.The family would like to extend its thanks to The Church of Latter-Day Saints in making the loss of Carol and her husband easier for our family to bear. Ceremony will be held May 7th, 2021 at 1pm at Prescott National Cemetery with American Legion in attendance. In lieu of flowers, please direct donations to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Chino Valley to help the family with repairs to their house.
