Bill Weston, 95, died Wednesday, October 28, 2020 in Prescott Valley, AZ. He was raised in Skull Valley until Uncle Sam called him into the Navy (loved the military) at the age of 18. Bill loved the military & felt it an honor to serve our country. After the Navy, Bill became a truck driver for Yellow Freight and has a documented 4 million miles without incident. He was always a positive thinker with a optimistic outlook. Nothing ever needed repairs too long, as he was mechanically inclined and could fix anything. Another cherished hobby of Bill’s was bowling. He loved his children dearly & was always there for them. If they ever needed anything, they knew they could turn to him. Bill was an all-around fun person with a great sense of humor. He was a great practical joker and loved making people laugh.
He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Sandy; & five children, Perry (Georgie) Weston, Cissy Hill, George (Emma) Weston, Sharron (Bob) Trunkenboltz, Liz (Bill) Lopez; one brother, John Weston & many many grandchildren & great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his son, Billy Weston & his son in law Eric Hill. He will be greatly missed by those who knew & loved him.
