Barbara D. Williams

March 7, 1934 — March 21, 2013

Barbara D. Williams

“Her children rise up and call her blessed; and her husband boasts of and praises her, saying, many daughters have done virtuously, nobly, and well with strength of character that is steadfast in goodness, but you excel them all. Whose kind grace and gentle heart always placed the needs of others ahead of her own.” Barbara was born in Kingman, AZ on 7 March, 1934. She “went upstairs” 21 March, 2013. She was a refuge and was God’s saving grace to not only those she called family, but to countless others whose lives she saved, shaped and blessed. She was one of God’s true instruments on earth; a woman who selflessly fought to demonstrate God’s love and kindness within her own family, community and country. She was and will always be remembered as a beloved wife, mother, sister and daughter, a patriot, mentor and friend - the most pure extension of God’s love here on earth. She was beautiful; a woman of grace and peace, truly a lady of Proverbs 31. She is survived by her husband Jerry Williams; her children JR (Debbie), Leah (Virgil), Shawn, Kim and Alan Depalmer; her grandchildren Eric, Michael, Heather, Isaac, Bethany, Kassidy, Chelsea, Diana, Lisa, Jonathan; and her great-grandchildren Ethan, Brynlee, Jeremiah, Andrew, Barrett, Nolan, Simeon, Layla, Layne and Luke; her brothers-in-law and their wives Roy (Carol) and Kenny (Catherine). She will be eternally loved, and never forgotten.
